When I started this MikeGriffin.me WordPress Smithy business, I often had awful experiences. Strange as it may seem, they were all with people who had to meet me in person! 😈 Now that that is behind me, things have started to get better. Today I had 2 separate “help …. isn’t working” calls. Neither generated much in the way of billable hours. But quickly solving both generated a ton of happiness and good feelings for both the client and me!
